U.S. Shipping

Most orders within the contiguous United States include free UPS Ground shipping.

Expedited shipping options are available on many orders for an additional charge and can be selected at checkout. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are charged a discounted calculated shipping rate at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. All instruments are carefully packed and fully insured. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected service specifically includes a carrier-backed delivery guarantee.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on many items. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Any import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

International delivery times can vary due to customs processing and other circumstances outside our control. If checkout does not provide a shipping option for your location, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping Addresses

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Shipping Damage

If an instrument arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and retain the instrument, shipping box, packing materials, and all other packaging.

Do not discard packaging or return the item until we provide instructions, as the carrier may require photographs, documentation, or inspection as part of an insurance claim.
