1957 Martin 000-18

This is a 1957 Martin 000-18.  The original finish has some minor nicks/dings/scratches as well as a good amount of lacquer checking (mostly on the top) but overall the finish still has a nice shine and I'd rate it as in excellent condition for its age.  Guitar looks to be completely original and free from cracks or repairs!  The frets were just polished and are in perfect shape and it plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzes or issues.  The neck joint is tight to the body and the bridge is tight to the top. I inspected this guitar inside and out and I don't see any cracks or repairs.  It's currently playing great with good action but the saddle doesn't have much room left so if you want really low action all the way up the neck it will need a neck reset soon.  1957 was the last year for the long saddle!  Current action at the 12th fret measures .110 on the low E and .08 on the high E.  The nut width measures 1.695" and I'm getting .797" thickness at the 1st fret and .99" at the 10th.  The weight is 3.63 lbs.  It comes in nice hardshell case.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
