1977 Martin D-28 - Natural w/OHSC

This is a 1977 Martin D-28.  The original finish has some nicks/dings/scratches and some lacquer checking but overall it's a great looking/playing vintage D-28.  I see one tiny crack right along the inside edge of the pickguard (should not need any attention with were it is located) but otherwise it is free from any cracks/repairs/issues. The frets are in excellent shape and it plays cleanly up and down the neck with good action and no buzzes or issues. The neck joint is tight to the body and the bridge is tight to the top. Current action at the 12th fret measures .08 on the low E and .05 on the high E and the strings still have a good angle over the saddle.  It has a LR Baggs active pickup with end pin jack and sound hole control installed and it functions as it should.  It comes in the original case.  Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
