Bedell Coffee House Dreadnought - Adirondack / Rosewood - Espresso Burst

This is a Bedell Coffee House Dreadnought in espresso burst finish that I'm selling "as is". Guitar features Rosewood back and sides, Adirondack Spruce top, Mahogany neck, Ebony fretboard and a factory installed K&K Pure Mini pickup. This guitar has lots of cosmetic nicks/dings/scratches (especially on the binding edges) and I see a couple small hairline cracks at/near the center seam on the top.  The binding near that area could also use a bit of gluing to secure it.  The frets are still in very good shape and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzes or issues. The neck has more bow/relief than I'd like so the action at the 12th fret is medium to high at .110 on the low E and .10 at the hight E.  The head on the truss rod nut seems to be rounded and I can't get good purchase with a standard allen wrench.  It still sounds fantastic and would make a great campfire strummer if you wanted to leave it as is or it could be repaired.  Originally this was a $4500 instrument.  The factory pickup works as it should.
