Fender Telecaster - 1971 - Natural w/OHSC, Manual

This is a mostly original 1971 Fender Telecaster that comes in the original hardshell case and comes with the original manual, tag, and bridge cover. The original olympic white finish was chemically stripped off years ago down to the clear Fullerplast under coat (it was not sanded on or refinished).  The ash body on this one if fairly light and the guitar weighs 7.45 lbs.  The body has some very minor nicks/dings, the hardware shows some rust/corrosion and the fretboard has some finish chipping but overall it's in very good shape and is a great looking vintage tele.  The frets have been replaced in the past and they are in good condition with plenty of life left and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with very nice low/easy action and no buzzes or issues.  The finish on the back of the neck is smooth and clean.  All hardware looks to be original.  The bridge pickup and pots have been replaced but the original parts are included in the case.  I'm not getting a resistance reading out of the original bridge pickup so it probably needs to be rewound.  The pickups sound good and the controls function properly.
